Artyfakes

To get the best out of your prop and ensure it lasts as long as possible, please follow these guidelines: -

  

Protect from strong sunlight, as this could fade the colours of your prop.

 

Avoid striking hard or rough surfaces such as rocks, trees and walls with your prop.

 

Keep your prop dry. If the prop gets wet, dry it gently and thoroughly. 

 

Do not allow the prop to be pressed, crushed or compressed between solid objects. Ensure when travelling or storing the prop for long periods that it is protected.

 

Keep your prop away from naked flames, fires or heat sources.

 

Occasionally apply silicone to your prop to prevent any abrasions.

 

Do not lean or apply pressure to the prop as this can cause damage.

 

Under no circumstances should you thrust, stab or punch with an Artyfakes Action Props Ltd prop.

 

Artyfakes Action Props Ltd shall not be held responsible for any injury occurred through any misuse of their products.

 

Warranty

 

All Artyfakes Action Props Ltd products are guaranteed for 6 months of proper use following our ‘Care of Your Prop' Guidelines. 

  

Where the Goods have been manufactured by Artyfakes Action Props Ltd and are found to be defective: -

 

Artyfakes Action Props Ltd, in its sole discretion, shall repair or replace defective Goods free of charge or refund the cost of the item within 6 months from the date of receipt of goods, subject to the following conditions: -

 

You must notify Artyfakes Action Props Ltd in writing or email immediately upon the defect becoming apparent, we will require you to send it to us within 30 days for us to ascertain if it is a manufacture or workmanship fault.

 

If the defect, being due to the faulty materials or workmanship of Artyfakes Action Props Ltd, we will then either repair or replace the item and refund the postage. Any changes to the original design will be charged for.

 

Items shall be returned to Artyfakes Action props Ltd at the Buyer’s expense, if so requested by Artyfakes Action Props Ltd.  

 

Artyfakes Action Props Ltd shall be entitled, in its absolute discretion, to refund the cost of the defective Goods including any reasonable postage costs incurred.
